The Maas Brothers is a successful, family-owned business located on Vasco Road in Livermore, CA. The Maas Brothers is a shop that provides powder coating for many products throughout the nation. Products range from specialty bicycles, motorcycles, cars, outdoor furniture, lighting and more.
Run by Kraig and Kevin Maas, this Powder Coating business does not have an online presence (no website, or marketing materials), outside of a few flyers produced annually off the office printer, and participation in specialty car shows. This young company is now engaging Excel in Marketing to provide a Marketing Audit and subsequent Integrated Marketing Communications Plan.
The Audit is a comprehensive research study that will define their current customer acquisition processes, materials, and systems that support this process, as well as, customer retention strategies. The Audit will also analyze the market as a whole, competitors, and potential business opportunities that can be leveraged in new business planning and marketing strategies.
When the Marketing Audit is complete, an Integrated Marketing Communications Plan recommendation will follow. This plan will provide a detailed recommendation for the Maas Brothers to increase revenue, reduce costs, leverage resources, and compete in a global marketplace.
